At AC PHOTOBOOTH RENTALS, we believe every milestone deserves to be captured. To ensure financial barriers don't stand in the way of meaningful celebrations, we offer our Pro Bono Photobooth Program.
This initiative provides professional, digital-only Selfie Stations or 360 Photobooths to qualifying non-profits, community organizations, and families facing unique hardships—completely free of charge.
Our Pro Bono program features our Selfie Station and 360 Photobooth options. These setups are designed to be high-impact and user-friendly, delivering professional digital memories instantly.
Applications are generally considered for:
Selection Note: As a small business, we can only accept a limited number of pro bono events per quarter.
Applications submitted for an event date outside of the current quarterly cycle will not be considered.
To support as many organizations as possible, we operate on a strict quarterly schedule.
Please Note: Your event must take place within the specific months of the quarter for which you are applying.
Quarter 1 (January, February, March) Application Deadline is December 1st
Quarter 2 (April, May, June) Application Deadline is March 1st
Quarter 3 (July, August, September) Application Deadline is June 1st
Quarter 4 (October, November, December) Application Deadline is September 1st
